With extensive experience in mass tort law firm creation and consulting since 1999, Thomas has been instrumental in establishing and growing law firms in Washington, DC, and California. He is also the President of Arthur Management Solutions, LLC, where he offers boutique services to law firms, focusing on increasing caseloads, managing case inventories, and fostering strategic partnerships.
Nathaniel Robinson
Nathaniel Robinson serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Law Firm Logistics, Inc. He brings over a decade of expertise in legal operations, having previously led the operations for the VA Benefits and Mass Tort Divisions at Veteran Legal Group. Nathaniel’s background includes significant achievements in expanding case processing capacity and managing diverse caseloads. His role at Law Firm Logistics involves streamlining operations and enhancing the firm’s efficiency.
Tom Caruso
Tom Caruso is a serial entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in small business ownership and management. His expertise spans fundraising, cash flow management, sales, and marketing. Tom has a proven track record of building and scaling successful startup companies, providing the foundational revenue streams that drive multi-million dollar valuations. At Law Firm Logistics, Tom’s entrepreneurial skills contribute to strategic growth and development.
Since 2022, our principals have been working together at Law Firm Logistics to provide specialized consulting services for non-attorney owned law firms in Washington, DC, and Arizona. Our goal is to support the growth and success of these firms by leveraging our combined expertise and industry knowledge.
